Hi, I’m Pavan Kondapuram, a versatile and result-oriented product design leader with over 15 years of experience spanning design, front-end engineering, and entrepreneurship. My journey has been defined by a relentless drive to create impactful user experiences, mentor talented teams, and solve complex problems through innovative design solutions.
I currently lead a team of 10+ designers at ServiceNow, where I’ve grown the team from 5 to 12 and expanded my leadership across multiple products, including Cloud Operations, Hardware Asset Management, Enterprise Asset Management, Intelligent Automation, and Fulfiller Experience. My work focuses on defining product strategies, streamlining delivery processes, and leveraging data-driven insights to enhance user satisfaction and business outcomes.
Previously, I co-founded Pezzo, where I gained invaluable experience in building and scaling a business from the ground up. This entrepreneurial journey shaped my ability to navigate challenges, prioritize ROI, and deliver innovative, customer-focused solutions that align with organizational goals.
With a strong foundation in front-end engineering, I bring a unique blend of technical and creative expertise to my work, bridging the gap between design and development.
